Staying in the Junior Suite with Mountain View was a highlight for my visit. The room offers breathtaking views and has a spacious layout that felt luxurious. Staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Kim, who ensured our stay was perfect. Dinner in the elegant living room next to the fireplaces was unforgettable. the food was creatively presented, and each meal was a delightful experience. during some evenings, staff presence in the lounge was lacking, which made it awkward when we wanted to unwind with drinks. a beautiful place, but they could work on staffing during peak times and clarity on amenities.

Room sizes are impressive. the Suite with Lake View boasts great space and a fantastic view of the lagoon. The overall aesthetic is stylish, and the outdoor areas, including the two swimming pools, offer nice spots to relax.
Dining was a letdown. the food came off as average, prompting a need to head into town for better options.

The spacious Lagoon Suite featured an expansive balcony with breathtaking views of the lagoon, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Unfortunately, the dining experience did not meet our expectations, as the food was rather average and lacked creativity.

But the pool was too cold for us to swim. The attention to detail in the luxury suite was amazing, and the welcoming staff were super friendly! And the culinary presentations were simply stunning! !

Families seeking relaxation
The hotel felt safe and home-like, my kids could even run between each other’s rooms without worry! We had this massive room and the kids were entertained by the pool and games, while we enjoyed the delightful meals they prepared just for us.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

Superb stay with great views!
We had a fantastic time here! The room was spacious with stunning views of the lagoon. Staff were super friendly and attentive, which made everything feel personal. Dinner by the fireplace was a cozy touch. The only hiccup was the breakfast. it could’ve used a bit more variety. Great experience overall!
